With just 24 hours notice I called Pita Cambridge and asked if it was possible for them to prepare chicken and rice for 30 hungry high school theater performers. They met my request with optimism and were incredibly efficient, professional and productive. The meal was ready at the exact hour they promised and the thoughtful employees even helped me bring everything to the car. Will definitely return to Pita Cambridge for future meals!
A truly authentic meal that feels wholesome and well seasoned. Pita Cambridge is a staple for my partner and I because the quality of the food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and I never feel like I want to change anything about their recipes. We almost always order at least one Lamb Shawarma Rollup - the best part about this is that they never skimp on the shawarma. And they pair it with a really great parsley/pickle sauce situation that just makes you feel better about what you’re eating. We also ordered a combo plate with chicken and lamb - also delicious, also plenty of food, and the garlic sauce is a must for an additional $0.60!!! Lastly: the fries. This is how I tell a great takeout spot from a good one. They season their fries with salt AND pepper!!!! Key move, makes the experience great, would be a crime to put ketchup on it. Love this place, and the staff always greet us with a smile :)
I often order take out from here and it’s always good and super fast. My go to are fries and hummus with the occasional falafel wrap. Fries are always hot, fresh, and tasty. And the hummus is my absolute favorite from here.
Ordered carnivore platter, falafel plate, baklava, pita and hummus. The taste was so amazing. The meat was well cooked and had lot of flavor. Loved the sauces and sides (salad, hummus and other things). The food was really delicious and the quantity was good for the price. Definitely worth to try this place. We were a pick-up order, and I did not pick up, so I can't judge the atmosphere. However, the food and service were outstanding. People loved the hummus, falafel, and the Greek salad was fresh and delicious. The owner was very helpful when I called about ingredients.
First time trying this place and oh my God, it was incredible. Got delivery and ordered the vegetarian rice bowl plus a few side dips. Let me tell you, the portions are beyond generous! I ate what I needed and still have enough for two lunches for work. The rice is seasoned perfectly, the grape leaves are moist and flavorful, Falafel is crispy and fresh. Hands-down, the best meal I’ve had in a long time. The garlic sauce is so good, you can drink it. 100/10!!!
Awesome food! Incredibly flavorful! Wish I had some pita to go along with it. I was unaware it didn’t come with the plate. Regardless the plate was amazing. I recommend this place and I’ll definitely be back.
Lamb and chicken kebab plate is delicious and affordable. Tender meat and generous portions. Garlic sauce is really good dip too. Ordered multiple times for delivery and consistent each time. Good fries as well.
